Littleton Mayor
2021-present
In 2020, the voters of Littleton amended the City Charter to directly elect the Mayor position on the City Council. In addition to serving as the first elected Mayor in Littleton, I represent the city for several regional organizations. I was appointed to the Mile High Flood District Board of Directors by Governor Jared Polis. I also serve as the Vice Chair of the Metro Mayors Caucus, which is comprised of the region's 38 Mayors. The Metro Mayors Caucus is a voluntary collaboration of 38 Mayors in the Denver metropolitan region formed to provide a non-partisan vehicle for regional dialogue and cooperation on issues that transcend individual municipal boundaries.

The City Council serves as the policy-making body for the city. All seven city council members are elected by the citizens of Littleton, three at-large and four from legislative districts. In addition to establishing policy on a myriad of issues, council approves the annual city budget and determines the city's yearly property tax rates. Kyle served as the Council Liaison to the Next Generation Advisory Committee, Littleton Public Schools Board of Education, Littleton Museum Board, CDOT, WestConnect Coalition, DrCOG Board (alternate), and Arapahoe County Transportation Forum (alternate).
Littleton Leadership Academy

The Littleton Leadership Academy was designed to develop leadership potential within the community to meet the demands of tomorrow. The Academy identified emerging leaders and gave them a broader view of civic leadership through direct contact with the people and institutions that shape the community.
Littleton Invest for Tomorrow
2015-2018
Littleton Invests For Tomorrow (LIFT) - as authorized by State law (C.R.S. 31-25-104) - was created by the City of Littleton to provide the community with a set of tools to foster community development. As directed by its board and overseen by the Littleton City Council, LIFT helped to enable thoughtful, sound growth and development.
Colorado Wine Industry Development Board, executive director
2010-present
Promoting all of the more than 160 licensed wineries in Colorado, the CWIDB offers information on touring the wineries in and around the Denver Metro Area as well as on the Western Slope and on the technical aspects of making wine in Colorado. For my efforts promoting Colorado Wine, I was named one of Wine Enthusiast's Top 40 Under 40 Tastemakers in the entire country in 2017. The CWIDB is a Type 1 Governor-appointed Board within the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
